President Director, Christopher A Demetriou, has over 25 years of experience in the manufacturing and logistics fields, with a unique ability to take a "helicopter view" of any logistics scenario and envision the most beneficial strategic outcome. This superpower, developed through his work in senior roles with top-tier companies like Ford, Nissan, Maersk, TNT, CEVA, and Richland Logistics Indonesia, has helped him navigate complex challenges and deliver impactful results. His passion for logistics strategy extends to mentoring the next generation of professionals, guiding newcomers with the knowledge he’s gained over his career. Christopher’s work has taken him across the Asia Pacific region, including Japan, China, Australia, and Indonesia, where he’s left a lasting mark. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management Logistics from RMIT University in Australia.

His career has spanned talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and organizational development, with influential roles at major organizations like AT&T, SANYO, Dainippon Ink Chemicals, Linfox, and Richland Logistics Indonesia. Over time, his expertise has expanded into the areas of Legal, Health & Safety, and Sustainability/ESG, which are now crucial drivers for the overall health and success of the organization.
